- Qualification 
1. more than 14 years HRM or HRD experiences as HR generalist level 
2. Experiences in leading Global HR Projects
3. Fluent English Level, overseas university degree will be plus 
4. People Managing experiences must 

- R&R 
1. Seek advice from a manager in order to make decisions on complex Local HR issues.
2. Reorganization of tissue for analysis, and reporting status.
3. Manage staffing forecasts and headcount in organization 
4. Implement our HR strategy, according to the Human Resources training solutions design, development, deployment and management
5. Conduct interview and reference checks either personally or through a third party.
6. Monthly and annual training program and ongoing management of the planning and scheduling
