Inpatient Mental Health Nurse Manager

The Inpatient Mental Health Nurse Manager is a professional Registered Nurse who holds 24-hour accountability for the management of inpatient mental health services within the San Francisco VA Health Care System (SFV AHCS). The Nurse Manager functions under the direction and guidance of the Chief Nurse Mental Health Services and in collaboration with Mental Health leadership and MH interdisciplinary clinical team members. Major duties include, but are not limited to:

• Fosters a high level of engagement and collaboration with all service stakeholders geared towards promoting patient-centered care.
• Demonstrates support and commitment in promoting culture of safety aligned with the facility's mission to High Reliability Organization.
