Inpatient Booking Coordinator

We are looking for a Waiting List Coordinator to join our team in Paediatric Cardiology at the Bristol Children's Hospital. The position is part-time (30 hours per week). The successful candidate will arrange and book daycase and procedure dates with families and communicate with clinical members of the team on a daily basis. They will also help with day‑to‑day queries from families and other medical professionals.

Main Duties

• Process inpatient admissions by telephone in line with the PAP, informing patients of any changes or cancellations and re‑booking appointments if required.
• Record, maintain and update admission information on the Trust's Patient Administration System (PAS).
