We're looking for a customer-obsessed Innovation Program Lead to drive customer impact through our innovation experiences, using Amazon culture and technology to help enterprise customers discover, invent, and build their way to production. This role is about delivering tangible business outcomes, helping customers realize value from their technology and AI investments by combining the best of how Amazon innovates with the power of AWS technology. You'll facilitate executive engagements, activate customers in partnership with field sales teams, build scalable mechanisms across our top customers, and lead the development of next-generation content. The nature of innovation is ever-changing, and this role requires someone who is deeply adaptable and energized by that pace of change.
