Apply knowledge of hardware, software, and cutting-edge technology (specifically Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and other AI technologies) to drive operational efficiencies and world-class guest experiences
Serve as GPI’s technical expert to bridge IT, vendors, and non-technical stakeholders to deliver projects with technical components (though not all projects are technology-centric)
Conduct proof-of-concept studies as appropriate(e.g. technical feasibility study) includes performing analysis such as time motion, 5 Whys, Value Stream Mapping, etc.
Develop operational metrics that measure the need for, and the impact of, innovation.
Invent and innovate to solve problems, potentially through product development or redesign
Manage projects from concept to production; keep projects on schedule and within budget, includes crafting meaningful reports/updates
