Hiring: Injection Moulding, Injection Blow Moulding & Blow Moulding Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding, Injection Blow Moulding & Blow Moulding Supervisor to manage day-to-day production operations in a plastic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and achieve daily production targets.

• Supervise Injection Moulding, Injection Blow Moulding, and Blow Moulding operations.

• Monitor machine performance, cycle times, and production efficiency.

• Ensure product quality by minimizing defects such as flash, short shots, warpage, and sink marks.

• Supervise mould changing, mould setting, and trial runs.

• Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive maintenance and machine uptime.

• Lead and manage operators, technicians, and helpers.

• Train team members on SOPs, safety practices, and 5S.
