Responsibilities

Lead the industrialisation of new engine components and modules for new programs (Demonstrator programmes, archetypes 1‑4) or RLPM GateC (archetypes 5‑10), including: Turbin and compressor blades and vanes Combustor parts Casings, shrouds, seals, and rotating structures Bearings, shafts, and support structures Develop and validate manufacturing processes for complex engine parts involving: Precision casting & forging and near‑net‑shape High‑precision machining of superalloys (e.g. Inconel, titanium, ceramic‑matrix composites) Additive manufacturing (metal AM), hybrid processes Advanced coatings (thermal‑barrier, anti‑corrosion) and heat treatments High‑temperature joining (brazing, welding) and surface treatments Cross‑functional industrial readiness: Collaborate with the Advanced Industrialization Director, OPE, Leads and Industrial Engineers to plan and execute the RLPM gates and production readiness deliverables, synchronized with RLPM gates, including the ...
