- Manage regular meeting with project stakeholders to synchronize project timeline, outcome and risks to meet project milestones.
- Support ad-hoc problem-solving and drive fixation of market-specific issue.
- Monitor competitors and market-specific insights to create an improvement proposal for Korea-specific feature development.
- Collaborate with internal/ external stakeholders, including service provider’s test quality and performance.
- Manage process instructions for infotainment testing.
- Escalate any critical issues to top management to formulate a mitigation plan.
