2.Scope

This position requires
the candidate to have experience in implementing, integrating, developing, and
delivering complex systems, sub-systems, or interfaces during the development
life cycle and post-development maintenance. The candidate must be familiar
with Object-oriented programming methods and languages, Systems Software
Specification Lifecycle, modern web development technologies, and cloud-based
deployment practices.
