The role provides IT support across multiple locations, including offices in Penang and Selangor, ecotourism sites, retail outlets, and F&B outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring stable IT systems, managing vendors and projects, driving continuous improvement in technology and cybersecurity practices, and day‑to‑day IT operations while ensuring smooth support for all departments across these sites.
