Responsibilities: Oversee IT infrastructure team, managing all aspect of IT on-premise and cloud infrastructure, Store-front and back-office IT matters, CCTV, Biometrics, IT asset management, Cyber-Security, etc Ensure smooth daily IT operations and zero downtime for critical applications and server room Build, lead and manage a team of IT professionals, vendors and outsourced resources, while working closely with other IT teams, countries, brands management and group management to achieve targets Manage IT budget and monitor CAPEX/OPEX expenses and spendings Provide IT best practices and propose and justify necessary improvements & tools to existing process flows, daily work flows and analytical data.
