3–5 years of strong experience in IT Infrastructure field support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and OS issues while maintaining compliance with hardware warranties and customer security policies.
Hands‑on experience in installing, troubleshooting, and fixing desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN/WAN environments and ability to perform smart‑hand activities on‑site.
Capability to lift or move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
Expertise in desk‑side support and PC break/fix, including basic administration of Windows OS and preferably MAC/Linux OS.
