Buckinghamshire Mind is looking for an Information and Options Worker for North Bucks.

The Information and Options worker (IOW) is responsible for raising patient awareness of services and activities in the community and encourage and support patients to use these services to improve longer term mental health and well-being. 

The Information and Options worker plays a key role in the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) by working with patients to understand their longer-term recovery goals and connect them to services and activities in the community based on the individual’s identified needs and interests.
