About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Scouting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and researching content creators across social media platforms, analyzing creator profiles, and building a strong talent pipeline for brand collaborations.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the creator ecosystem, stays updated with digital content trends, and can identify creators with high growth potential based on content quality, audience engagement, authenticity, and brand fit.
