Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies. Lead and mentor the influencer marketing team to achieve campaign and business goals. Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across A+, A, B, and Micro categories. Create campaign concepts, content briefs, and influencer scripts. Plan and execute campaigns across Nutrition, Wellness, Lifestyle, and Fitness categories. Build strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and partners. Conduct competitor benchmarking and maximize share of voice. Track campaign performance, engagement, traffic, and ROI metrics. Manage campaign budgets and negotiate commercial agreements. Maintain campaign reports and influencer databases. Collaborate with Brand, Performance Marketing, Content, and Creative teams.Requirements:
