• Implement a common set of standards for Infection Control and Quality practices at the Joint Medical Holdings - Hospital for Good Clinical Governance.
• Constantly evaluate evidence from current practices and implement necessary changes.
• Minimize all clinical and infection control risks to patients, staff, health care workers and community, thereby providing quality cost‑effective service.
• Give clear direction about segregation, handling, transportation, storage, and disposal of Health Care Risk Waste (HCRW) and manage all processes.
• Guide and educate hospital staff in appropriate measures to reduce infection, monitor cleaning, disinfection and sterilization processes, and monitor CSSD process and biological testing.
• Provide comprehensive monitoring of support services (e.g., cleaning services) with routine cleaning programs ensuring well‑trained staff and regularly monitored standards.
