HDR is searching for an Industrial Wastewater (IWW) Program Lead – Oil, Gas, and Chemicals Practice.

Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of direct experience with industrial water/wastewater treatment systems in the Oil, Gas, and Chemicals Industries, and be capable of developing business, leading teams of engineers and designers, and overseeing detailed design and owner’s engineer projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Development of IWW Services for our Oil, Gas, and Chemicals Practice in North America.
• Lead business development activities including proposal development, delivering technical presentations, pursuit interviews, and supporting the growth of client relationships.
• Collaborate/interact with other Business Development Teams.
• Work on strategic projects as SME or technical advisor.
• Provide technical leadership for front‑end oriented projects, including business case studies and DBM’s.
