Industrial Mechanical Tradesperson – Reduction Maintenance

R3 roster – 8am‑4pm Monday to Friday, then 4pm‑12am Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Complete planned and breakdown maintenance across plant equipment
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs within operational timeframes
• Identify and implement improvement opportunities
• Promote safe work practices and contribute to HSE initiatives
• Manage your workload and act as a point of contact on jobs
• Apply continuous improvement and defect elimination practices

About You

• A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
• Mechanical Fitter trade qualification or equivalent
• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
