**Industrial Maintenance Technician**

**Job Description**

The Industrial Maintenance Technician maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing emergency and preventive maintenance, and supporting machine changeovers to minimize downtime and keep production running smoothly.

**Responsibilities**

+ Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical machine issues to identify root causes and implement effective repairs.
+ Perform emergency repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime and maintain continuous operations.
+ Execute work orders and complete scheduled maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating machines.
