**Summary**

Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment to support safe, efficient operations and minimize downtime.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems
+ Perform preventive maintenance and root cause analysis
+ Plan and support maintenance activities and equipment improvements
+ Maintain accurate reports, inventory, and documentation
+ Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized workspace
+ Support production and coordinate contractor work as needed

**Qualifications**

+ Industrial maintenance experience required
+ Knowledge of hydraulics, basic electrical, and equipment troubleshooting
