• Conducts time and motion studies, process mapping, and data collection to analyze merchandiser activities and improve operational efficiency
• Assists in ergonomic and human factors analysis, including postural assessments, manual handling evaluation, and workplace condition measurements
• Supports occupational safety initiatives through hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety walkthroughs aligned with DOLE and OSH standards
• Prepares reports, insights, and recommendations (e.g., staffing optimization, process improvements, and change management plans) while providing daily updates
