Key Responsibilities
Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
Implement systems for continuous improvement in productivity, process, and product quality
Design workflows and layouts to optimize manpower, machine usage, and materials
Conduct time and motion studies and apply lean manufacturing principles

Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
-1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (gloves or textile preferred)
-Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
