This role is fully remote and requires up to 90% travel.













Position Responsibilities:

+ Define work elements, complete floor observations, analyze data, and implement engineered standards in Distribution Centers (DCs) across the United States

+ Trend analysis of DCs performance, efficiency, & capacity

+ Review, refine, and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

+ Lead training for warehouse staff explaining engineered labor standards (ELS)

+ Project management of strategic projects including layout optimization, slotting/pick paths, racking configurations

+ Support/coordinate warehouse management system (WMS) configuration. Ability to translate operational requirements into WMS config/solutions

+ Other projects or duties as assigned
