Organize and manage departmental activities, including coordinating monthly sales meetings, preparing minutes, and disseminating relevant information to team members.

Prepare and maintain reports such as stock inventory, sales performance, budget tracking, and debtor aging reports.

Support daily sales operations, including preparation of Purchase Requisitions (PR), Proforma Invoices (PI), and quotations.

Coordinate indent orders, shipments, and follow-ups with suppliers.

Maintain and update product documentation, including HS Code, TDS, SDS, and COA.

Assist in payment tracking, Statement of Account (SOA), and liaise with the Finance team when required.

Act as a liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Sales team.

Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
