Key Responsibilities

• Manage Benefits and NPS processes.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely processing.
• Handle employee payroll and salary-related queries.
• Conduct employee training on benefits and payroll processes.
• Maintain payroll records, compliance, and audit documentation.
• Support process improvements and system enhancements.

Experience

• B.COM or MBA (Finance) 2-5 years in HR/Finance operations or payroll management.
• Corporate payroll or compensation experience preferred.
