Nexus Global Payments (NGP) is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee, incorporated in Singapore in March 2025. NGP was established to own, maintain and manage the Nexus scheme – a multilateral initiative to enable instant, secure, and efficient cross-border payments by interconnecting Instant Payment Systems (IPS) worldwide. About the Role

As part of the company’s establishment and full operationalisation, NGP wishes to bring on board a second Independent Director, with a primary focus in finance and accounting matters. The Independent Director will serve for an appointed term on NGP’s Board and its Audit and Risk Committee.
