In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for inbound leads , combining consultative sales with hands-on customer onboarding .
You will guide prospects and customers from a technical and product perspective , help them successfully onboard and set up the platform, and proactively identify upselling opportunities based on customer needs.
This role is fully inbound-focused and ideal for a junior sales professional .
Tasks:
Handle inbound sales inquiries from Swiss and German speaking prospects (if possible also French) and guide them through the product from a technical and business perspective
Support customers during the entire onboarding and setup process , ensuring a smooth and successful start with amnis
