Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Be aware of all hotel services and promotions in order to assist any Guest or Colleague.
Review all group resumes and BEOs in order to ensure the successful completion of all IRD responsibilities as outlined in the resumes or BEOs.
Keep an up-to-date knowledge of the menu beverage list and wine list as well as ensure that all Colleagues do the same.
Ensure that standards are maintained and all documentation pertaining to the standards are utilized (i.e. F&B basics process briefs JTCs etc) in the shift.
In addition carry out or assist the Manager / Assistant Manager in training & development activities for the Colleagues.
Ensure the proper organization of all service equipment.
Ensure proper mis en place and station set up to ensure a smooth operation.
