- Organize calendars and appointments by prioritizing multiple internal and external meetings, maintaining a list of contacts to ensure efficient use of leadership time

- Organize meetings, audio/video conferences, workshops and logistics ensuring all necessary arrangements are met for achieving successful meetings
Liaise and manage Stakeholders
- Communicate and close loop with internal and external stakeholders about meeting schedules and agenda, travel plans by maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
