:You will work with both PwC UK’s in-house legal team (our Office of General Counsel, or “OGC”) and our well-established Privacy Team. OGC consists of over 50 lawyers, covering litigation, commercial and corporate legal support to the UK firm. The Privacy Team supports the DPO to help the firm handle personal data responsibly, and in this capacity, you will work closely with the UK firm’s Compliance Privacy Director as well as our Chief Compliance Officer. Both teams are highly regarded by, and well-networked to, the business and have strong relationships with a wide range of senior professionals within the organisation.
What your days will look like:
Negotiating data processing and data sharing agreements;
Advising oncutting edgedata-centred projects (including AI), and providing advice on areas such as international data transfers, legitimate interests assessments, and data protection legal requirements;
