Description
Our client, a global manufacturing company, is seeking a Commercial Corporate Counsel. In this role, you will provide expert legal guidance with a focus on commercial transactions and corporate legal matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and global regulations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting business growth by negotiating contracts, managing legal risks, and fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders.


Location: Ayer, MA

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in, 2 days remote)

Salary: $160,000 - $200,000


Responsibilities:

+ Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements, including supply and manufacturing contracts, OEM and distribution arrangements, software and technology licenses, professional services agreements, development agreements, and NDAs.
