Import/Export Specialist

Malone Workforce Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Import/Export Specialist to support invoicing and transportation activities for export shipments. This role ensures export shipments are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance with client instructions and international shipping requirements.

Pay: $19.07 / hour (+$2.00 shift differential)
 Schedule: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

What You’ll Do
Process and coordinate export shipments per client requirements.
Arrange air/ocean freight pickups and monitor shipment progress.
Resolve shipping issues and ensure timely delivery.
Manage shipment documentation, ITNs, pre-alerts, and system updates.
Provide customer support via phone and email.
