Lead and execute the overall business development strategy, identifying, evaluating, and converting new sales opportunities in importation, freight forwarding, and brokerage. Develop and expand new markets while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. Oversee end-to-end importation and logistics operations, including supplier coordination, order management, freight forwarding, brokerage, and transportation. Ensure full compliance with customs regulations, tariffs, and all applicable laws governing importation and logistics operations.
