Description
A well-established, product-based organization is seeking an experienced Import Logistics / Supply Chain professional to support end-to-end order execution, international imports, and customer fulfillment. This role requires hands-on import experience and a stable employment background.


Responsibilities

+ Manage purchase orders, blanket orders, pricing, and customer records

+ Coordinate international and domestic shipments from port/rail to customer delivery

+ Submit import documentation to brokers and ensure customs compliance

+ Transmit ISF filings and manage CBP requirements

+ Track shipments daily and communicate delays or exceptions

+ Negotiate freight rates (drayage, FTL, LTL) and arrange transportation

+ Monitor inventory levels and purchasing needs

+ Prepare shipping documents (Pack Lists, COAs, BOLs, releases, etc.)
