  • Manage and oversee import and export operations (temporary, permanent, and virtual) in IMMEX manufacturing companies.
  • Ensure customs and tax compliance , maximizing benefits from IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT/IEPS Certification, and trade agreements.
  • Supervise tariff classification , customs valuation, origin determination, preferential duties, and non-tariff regulations.
  • Validate customs entries, permits, and sector registries , including automatic notices and regulated products.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers, logistics providers, and authorities (SAT, Customs, Ministry of Economy).
  • Handle customs issues and audits , including amendments, penalties, PAMA procedures, and authority requirements.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives , focusing on cost reduction, risk mitigation, KPI tracking, and team management.
