Career Progression 
 Job scope  Prepare quotations, sales orders, proforma invoices, and related sales documents 
Coordinate import/export shipping documents and shipment arrangements 
Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, customers, and warehouse team 
Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery coordinationSupport payment follow-up and Letter of Credit (LC) documentation 
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with trade procedures 
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales team
