Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor daily trucking and shipment activities to ensure timely deliveries. Plan and schedule import and export deliveries based on customer requirements. Liaise with shipping lines, depots, terminals, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and prompt manner. Track shipment progress and provide regular updates to customers and relevant stakeholders. Prepare and verify job documents, billing, and records while ensuring compliance with operational procedures and container inspection requirements.
