Handling various export licenses, including:Advance LicenseSCOMET License (Special Chemicals, Organisms, Materials, Equipment & Technologies)Brand Rate / Export Promotion SchemesEnsuring timely application, tracking, utilization, and compliance with applicable regulations.Liaising with government authorities for license issuance, amendments, and clarifications.. Import Compliance & Customs Queries
Resolving customs and regulatory queries related to import shipments, including:SIMS (Strategic Import Management System)PIMS (Project Import Management System)Other applicable regulatory clearancesEnsuring compliance with Foreign Trade Policy, Customs Act, and related regulations.Preparing and submitting statutory documents and reports to authorities.. Special Shipment Management
Managing Re-Import and Re-Export shipments.
