Hybrid Payroll Implementation and Consulting Specialist

Hybrid role - Based in Johannesburg. Company with software design and implementation requires the services of a skilled payroll implementation and consulting specialist. Duties & Responsibilities Implementing the software at clients' premises. Performing need analysis and payroll setup to meet all statutory requirements (Tax, UIF, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, etc.) for RSA and Africa Clients (Angola, Nigeria, Swaziland) including the Middle East. Consultations at clients involving problem-solving, giving advice on best practices, statutory issues, supporting clients with payroll processes, and implementing modules. Assisting clients with their Tax Year Ends and Mid-year Tax Year Recon which involves and SARS E-filing. Invoicing clients. Compilation of consulting reports signed off by clients.
