**Position Summary**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Initiates immigration cases and ensure all documents are provided within assigned deadlines
- Drafts various elements of Non-Immigrant Visa (NIV) and Immigrant Visa (IV) cases, including cover/support letters, immigration forms, and supporting documents
- Identifies issues during case production and escalates as needed
- Reviews drafted work for accuracy
- Conducts necessary data entry, including uploading documents received from clients and entering client details in case and document management systems
