Position Summary
We are looking for a Digital Human Artist who reflects the creative talent, photorealism, and collaborative mindset for great filmmaking and special projects that define ILM.
The Digital Human Artist is responsible for the creation and management of photorealistic human assets. They deliver high quality portraiture renders as well as asset hand off to other departments.
What You’ll Do
Generate photorealistic hero digital doubles, taking ownership of modeling, texturing, and look-development workflows.
Achieve accurate portraiture likenesses from any type of reference for conceptual approval.
Work seamlessly with scan data or sculpt assets by hand to produce high-quality results.
Explore and implement hybrid workflows, bridging VFX and real-time pipelines.
