**Job Description**

+ Sort, lift, catch, and package ceramic and glass tiles
+ Prepare and mix raw materials for ceramic tile and glazes
+ Operate production machinery and equipment
+ Perform basic assembly tasks
+ Clean production lines
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
+ Previous manufacturing or general production experience, preferably in an industrial environment with large machines and equipment.
+ Experience performing production, general labor, assembly, packaging, and inspection tasks.
+ Strong attention to detail

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Prior experience in an older industrial or heavy manufacturing environment.
+ Comfort working around kilns, high temperatures, and large mechanical equipment.
+ Ability to maintain focus and accuracy in counting tasks over long periods.
