Join IDL as a Payroll Administrator, where your accuracy ensures timely payroll processing across projects and divisions. This role calls for a detail-oriented professional skilled in payroll compliance and employee support.
As a Payroll Administrator, you will work closely with the Controller, HR, Accounting, and Operations. You are responsible for coordinating and processing payroll activities while upholding company policies and regulations. Your role is vital in maintaining payroll records, responding to queries, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate weekly and bi-weekly payroll processes
• Maintain employee payroll records meticulously
• Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations
• Process ROEs, T4s, and associated documentation
• Assist with payroll audits and improvements
