We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Junior ICT Service Delivery Officer to join our ICT Technical Coordination team. In this role you will:

  • Support ICT systems including PCs, Laptops, iPads, Chromebooks and other ICT equipment as needed.

  • Have good customer Service Skills.

  • Act as first line of support for the Council’s users.

  • Support staff and pupils within Ceredigion and Powys Schools with their ICT issues.

  • Have previous experience of ICT support and a good understanding of IT systems and hardware.
