Description

**ICF’s Disaster Management Division** is seeking a **Grants Administrator** to support FEMA Public Assistance and Hazard Mitigation projects for utility infrastructure projects. This full-time position **must reside within a commuting two-hour radius of Melville, New York for a hybrid schedule** (2 days or more on office location and remainder work-from-home). Non-management role. Relocation will not be supported.

The position will support state and local government clients by assisting with financial compliance, grant reporting, cost documentation, and audit readiness. Candidates will work closely with senior staff and subject matter experts while building hands on experience across the federal grant lifecycle.
