Design, configure, and customize Icertis CLM solutions to support Client buy-side and sell-side contracting processes
Develop custom extensions and rule logic using C/.NET, JavaScript, and Icertis APIs to meet complex business and legal requirements
Implement and support integrations between Icertis and upstream/downstream enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, Order Management, billing).
Configure contract workflows, approval hierarchies, clause libraries, templates, and metadata models
