We are looking for an experienced IBM OpenPages Support Engineer with 5+ years of hands‑on experience in supporting, configuring, and maintaining IBM OpenPages GRC applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of OpenPages administration, troubleshooting, user support, and system maintenance.

Experience with Cognos and QlikSense reporting tools will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for IBM OpenPages applications.
• Monitor application performance and resolve production issues.
• Perform OpenPages configuration, administration, and maintenance activities.
