The coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring high-quality teaching and strong pastoral care across homerooms. Responsibilities include guiding homeroom teachers, supporting student wellbeing, and coordinating assessment practices.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Education, IB PYP training, and at least 3–5 years of teaching experience in a PYP setting.
