1. Responsible for managing, monitoring, and supporting Broadcom SSO/VIP Authentication Hub and all associated Single Sign On (SSO) services & IGA Platform services to ensure secure, seamless, and uninterrupted authentication and identity Governance experiences for enterprise users and integrated applications.

2. Deliver advanced L3/ L4 support, including in depth troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex authentication, SSO, federation, and multi factor authentication, IGA issues across enterprise environments.

3. Architect, configure, and onboard new applications and services into the SSO ecosystem, and IGA platforms ensuring alignment with enterprise security standards, identity governance policies, and regulatory compliance.
