            Job Summary (in List Format):  Manage the companys real estate portfolio including leasing property maintenance and project execution. 
Identify negotiate and manage leasing opportunities and agreements for commercial and residential properties. 
Oversee property maintenance activities ensuring safety functionality and compliance with standards. 
Coordinate with vendors contractors and stakeholders for repairs preventive maintenance and projects. 
Plan execute and monitor real estate development or renovation projects including budgeting and scheduling. 
Ensure compliance with local real estate laws regulations and company policies. 
Maintain accurate records of leases property documents and project reports. 
Monitor rental income and expenses and prepare financial reports for real estate operations.
